I never even noticed these sorts of things around me until I started photoblogging and saw so many of these over at Dr. M(mmm)'s. I still don't see alot of them around - I think there just aren't that many. But I saw one on the back of a sign in a median about 3 months ago (the snow is still too high to get in to photograph it) and then I saw this one in a more accessible spot last night. Certainly taking pictures like this is opening my eyes to seeing new things.

Dr. Mm(mmM)M has got me looking for these little signs too. It makes me happy that I'm noticing them more.
